Owners certify that their pet is healthy and free from contagious illnesses, parasites, or conditions that could endanger other pets or staff.
Owners agree to disclose all known medical conditions, allergies, medications, behavioral concerns, injuries, dietary restrictions, or special care instructions prior to service.
Owner understands that participation in boarding, daycare, grooming, nursing, transportation, and social play environments carries inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
Minor injuries
Scratches
Bites
Illness
Stress
Escape
Accidental injury
Interaction with other animals
While The Nauti-Dog takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment, no pet care environment can be completely risk-free.
Owner voluntarily accepts and assumes all risks associated with participation in services provided by The Nauti-Dog.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owner releases and holds harmless The Nauti-Dog, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the pet’s participation in services provided by The Nauti-Dog, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
If a pet becomes ill, injured, or requires emergency medical treatment while in our care, The Nauti-Dog is authorized to seek veterinary treatment on behalf of the owner if the owner cannot be reached promptly.
The Nauti-Dog will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner before obtaining treatment whenever possible.
Owner agrees to be fully responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred.
The Nauti-Dog reserves the right to remove, isolate, refuse, or terminate services for any pet displaying:
Aggressive behavior
Excessive stress
Unsafe conduct
Destructive behavior
Behavior that poses a risk to staff, guests, or other animals
Owner accepts responsibility for any injury, damage, or costs caused by their pet.
The Nauti-Dog is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left with pets, including:
Leashes
Collars
Harnesses
Toys
Bedding
Clothing
Food containers
Owner grants The Nauti-Dog permission to photograph or video their pet while participating in services.
These photos or videos may be used for:
Social media
Marketing
Advertising
Promotional materials
Website content
No compensation will be provided for use of these materials.
If a pet is not picked up within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date and the owner cannot be contacted, The Nauti-Dog reserves the right to surrender the pet to animal control, a rescue organization, or another appropriate authority in accordance with applicable laws.
Owner agrees to pay all fees associated with services provided by The Nauti-Dog according to current pricing and billing policies.
Failure to pay may result in refusal of future services and collection efforts where permitted by law.
The Nauti-Dog reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms may be posted on our website or otherwise communicated to customers.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
