Dog boarding at The Nauti-Dog isn’t just a place to leave your pet — it’s a safe, comfortable stay run by credentialed veterinary professionals who care deeply about animal health and happiness.

Each boarding guest has their own stainless steel, veterinary hospital style modular kennel, which comfortably fits dogs up to 75-90 lbs. Social dogs are free roaming and enjoy daycare from 9a to 5p, with activity directed play focused on exercise, socializing, basic training and mental enrichment. Every guest gets a clean space, fresh bedding, and round-the-clock care from our trained staff.

All pets are fed separately in their own kennel and given 15 to 20 minutes for proper digestion. If a pet does not eat well in their kennel, we take them to a separate room for meals and sit with them if needed. The only other time pets are kenneled is from 12a to 5a or 6a, so everyone gets proper rest. Walks are every other hour until 11p, and every pet is leash walked on a double lead by Credentialed Veterinary Technicians only.

What do I need before boarding my dog?

Before check-in, we just need proof of up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella). Bring your dog’s food, medications, and anything that makes them feel at home — like a toy or blanket.

We’ll take care of everything else. Our staff is CPR certified, experienced in animal care, and on-site 24/7 to keep every guest safe and happy.

Our Private Suites

Some dogs love the pack. Others do best with a quiet space of their own. Our private suites are 5x10 open air kennels in a climate controlled space, away from the busy boarding area. We put your dog’s own bed and toys inside and never let other dogs in, which gives them a feeling of security, and most dogs happily head in on their own at night. They get the same 24/7 care from our credentialed vet med staff. Dogs over 90 lbs are recommended to book a private suite, unless your dog is crate trained and you are confident they will fit comfortably in our large stainless steel kennels.
